Africa

I usually don't pass on videos, but this one is simply amazing to me. Before you hit 'play' make sure your sound is turned up, and stick it out for the first 2 or 2 1/2 minutes. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

It really says a lot to me about teamwork - if a large group of people can make the sound of a rainforest, imagine what we could do if we all worked together.

We've come to the end of the touchy-feely 'love is all you need' blog post. Join me tomorrow for our regularly scheduled salute to sarcasm.

OK, M.E., I can't believe you are even remotely talking about RAIN....even in Africa!
It was cool, tho.

wow!

Now I want the high school to do this.

And did you pick up on the fact that the lead singer looks like Tobey Maguire and the guy doing the beat box looked like Jerry Seinfeld?

Okay, that's just how weird I am

Still...this was wicked.

That WAS awesome. I was a participant in one of these "rainstorms" in our "Touchy Feely" class (yes, that's what we called it.) It was very, very cool.

Rain is not something we should be discussing. They should make the sound of the sun.

I saw this a while ago and I do like it! The problem is that I get really distracted by accents (I love accents.) These people are from Serbia, in case you were wondering. (I had to look it up.)

Great post ME! :)

I always liked that song, but I seriously loved the first part of it. And since we're seriously rain deprived here where I am, I did a little rain dance along with it. Not really, but it provides one heckuva visual, huh?

Just to take the touchy-feeley all-you-need-is-love vibe forward one more notch...Happy, Happy Birthday Mary Ellen. I am so sorry that I missed it, and I feel terrible about that. So even though my birthday wishes for you are incredibly belated, they are also incredibly heartfelt. I wish you the best year of your life, so far!

End touchy-feeley. :)

That was superb. I'm going to put it on my blog later today (and quote your comment after it as well, if you don't mind).
